Adobe interative with out usng webdynpro

We are implementing adobe interactive forms, some issues with webdynpro,, Is there any way we can build an adobe interactive forms with out webdynpro.....

If its just the data display, you can always use TCODE SFP to design the forms.

I have to change data.. so it's not static, how we can do this without webdynpro, can we write an abap program to do this?? how we connect form to SAP database???
