Hi all,

I have 3 buttons on my ALV report, I need each of them to display a small window. The problem is that I don't know how I can create a window that will still allow me to operate the ALV without disabling it. Could someone please help me?

You could try to wrap the display of pop-up windows in some RFC enabled FMs and call those STARTING NEW TASK (Asynchronous RFC)

That's exactly how I tried it, but the problem I have is that the window does not display on the taskbar. By clicking another button on ALV, the first window disappears for me and I have to minimize ALV to see it on the main screen of the computer.

Can you reduce the size of pop-up windows, so the previous screen can be seen ?

I have this done. Clicking a button on ALV opens a window for me that is quite small, then I click another button, and that window disappears. This wouldn't be a problem if it displayed on the sap taskbar so that it could be quickly restored.

Then you are required to create a new node (number is limited) with FM TH_CREATE_MODE (perform a where-used search for sample builidng the parameters list)
