Adding 4 new fields to CJI3

Can we add new fields-(Project site or end user name, Field engineer name that performed the labor, FSR notification number, and Functional location) to the existing standard transaction-CJI3?

i checked for user exits and badi's in transaction code CJI3 those are not available for this tcode. as per my knowledge only the alternative solution in front of us copy the standard program and add what fields you required in to the program.otherwise write the own program by using all table what ever standard program used.
