Solved: Add custom search help in FB01

Hi everyone, I've been searching if it's possible to add a custom search help in XREF2 field, within FB01 trx.

Does anyone know if this can be done?

Hi Fabian,

I don't think it is possible, as it is standard field. Also, not much of customer enhancement options available In FB01 transaction.

HI,

Get the access key and try to insert the search help only to that screen field in FB01 - XREF2 and not in DDIC.

**Not sure whether screen exits are available. Check for any BADI's.

Look at the dynpro where the field is displayed (e.g. SAPMF05 331) there is no option to add anything without an access (sccr) key.

No field bseg-xref2 in process on value-request -> so key required to add a line
No ddic ref suitable as XREF1 use generic domain CHAR12 -> so key required to change domain
