Accents from letters are getting removed in Standard text

Hello...
I want to update an existing standard text using SO10...
The image below is an example of what the text should look like...

But when I copy paste it into the standard text, the accents get removed like so

Any idea on how to resolve this?
And also...
How can we add bulletin points in SAP standard text?

This issue came up from the SD team and I didn't think much about it.

The issue is resolved.
The solution is so simple. Instead of copying straight from the PDF to S010, copy the text from pdf to a word or doc format and copy it from there to the standard text.
Both accents and bullet points get copied just fine.
