Hello,
I am trying to configure the Exemptions in ATC. I have it all configured.
I have setup the "Schedule E-Mail Jobs" to send notifications to Approver and Requester.
When I create an exemption for a vulnerability, the corresponding job (SATC_CI_EXEMPTION_NOTIFICATIONS) is not triggered.
To make it run I have to go manually into the "Schedule E-Mail Jobs" (in ATC Administration) and "Adjust Job Scheduling" and make it run immediatly.
Do I have to do any other configuration ?
Thank you,
Ricardo Monteiro

Please note that emails will only be generated for exemptions which are still open or in process by an approver at the time when the job runs.
So you can check in sm37 if the job SATC_CI_EXEMPTION_NOTIFICATIONS is scheduled and triggered as plan. If yes, then there is no issue.

Hi Ricardo,
depending on your system version you might not need a batch job at all but could go with "immediately" as we did:
When we set this up in a NW7.52 system, this OSS-Note made it possible:
2619387 – ATC: Downport Immediate E-Mail Notification
Hope this helps!

Hi 8b889d0e8e6f4ed39f6c58e35664518f ,
Thank you for your reply.
Here I have NW7.50 System.
I've checked the note you specify, but it is only for NW7.52.
In the periodicity I don't have the option Imediatly available
Only just when I click in "Adjust Job Scheduling" the popup appears
If I do this, and if I have any Exemptions created, the job is triggered. But not when I create the exemption.
