ABAP: On-site Offshore coordinating

Can anybody please tell me about on-site offshore coordinating.

Hi,

In a project there are onsite people sitting at client location and discussing the requirements directly with the client and then they will give the allocate the work to the offshore people.

Offshore people will then develop the objects.

SO the work of onsite folks is to understand clearly the requirement of the application and then explain to the offshore so that the Error in understanding the requirement is minimum.
