In relation to S/4 Hana Private Cloud and S/4 Hana On Premise - Question: Are Abap Field Exits (via report RSMODPRF) still available or are they to be replaced with User Exits / BTEs / Enhancements. Currently being used in ECC 6.0 solution.

It has been obsolete for a long time (even in ECC 6.0) but you can use them as long as they still work. I think there's no replacement except maybe Screen Personas or third-party solution (?)

More and more screens are completely replaced by Fiori apps.
