Is ABAP 21 days book will give enough knowledge about it or it may need some other reference?
Will Data dictionary (SE11) shows about ABAP briefly or in short manner?

Hi,
ABAP 21 days is a good book for DDIC and reporting.
For other reference you can always search on SCN and get a lot of content.

Hi,
ABAP in 21 Days is a good book that give the basic knowledge about the basic concepts to a fresher, but this is not at all sufficient .
There are lot of ebooks present on the web, the links are provided above are also good. So better not to rely completely on it but you can start with it.
