ABAP AS 751 Trial on Linux: Can't connect from SAP GUI

Hi,

I just followed the steps detaile in the 'Newbies Guide: Installing ABAP AS 751 SP02 on Linux'.

When trying to connect from SAP Gui from my Windows host to the VM on the virtualbox I get the following error: connection to partner 'vhcalnplci:3200' broken.

I followed all the steps in the guide, so wany idea what can go wrong ?

I would also like to know what is the password for the 'sa' login in the ASE server. This is not mentioned anywhere.

I am facing the same problem.

I had read in another post that the firewall on openSUSE should be checked. Look here

I don't know how to do that either. Any help or suggestions.. anyone ?
