Overview of Manage Sales Documents Fashion:

With Manage sales documents fashion app we can update sales and contract documents at header and generic product and variant products in Mass and individual mode. This app will reduce manual processes through the ability to update header, generic, variant level for the status of all open sales documents in mass scenario using the SAP Fiori app.

The system enables a shared lock at the header level and an exclusive lock at the item level for the fashion contract, depending on the level of the order and the selected action.

This app works for document types: Sales Order, Free of Charge Orders, Account Assigned Sales Orders

and Sales Contracts

You can view the status of all open sales documents at various levels. This includes visibility at the generic article, which adds immense value proposition to the customers or end-users. You can also perform a mass update for fields of a sales document that have had their values changed or cleared at the header, generic article, and item level.

For instance, the following fashion fields are allowed to update season year, season, collection, theme, and fashion cancel.

For instance, steps for mass updating at header

Step1:  Login into Fiori launch pad and navigate to Manage Sales Documents Fashion App.

Step2: Enter filter criteria as per update requirement.

Step3: Select required documents from results for order update by clicking Mass update button at header.

As shown below count of selected documents will appear before the update and enter the background job description details as shown in below.

Step4:  Click on Apply Mass changes button and system will schedule the background the job for processing selected documents.

Enable parallel processing: The background job will handle/processing order data using parallel processing logic by activating the parallel processing configuration in the standard CL_RFM_SD_APPL_JOB_UTILITIES.

Additionally, you can perform a simultaneous mass update for fields of a sales document at the header and item level if their values have been changed or deleted. You can also display and adopt any deviation in values between the sales document and the current value of the business partner (sold-to party, ship-to party, or mark-for partner).

Furthermore, you can display and resolve any incompletion caused by not maintaining necessary header and item level details on the Manage Incompletion screen. If needed, you can also reprice the selected open sales document items to update the overall net value of the sales document using the latest pricing procedure. Similarly, you can perform an availability check for the selected open sales document items to get the latest confirmation details.

The system can also notify you about business-critical situations, such as when the cancellation date is approaching, to help you make efficient and effective decisions faster. Moreover, the performance can be improved by performing calculations only on the displayed records when you select some calculated or aggregated fields, such as Cumulative Assignment %.

To view and analyze the sales documents relevant to supply assignment, please navigate to the "Monitor Supply Assignment Demand" app.

If you want to view and reject excess requirements for the selected sales documents, go to the "Manage Excess Requirements" app.

To resolve any incompletion displayed in the "Manage Incompletion" screen, caused by non-maintenance of header or item level details, access the "Change Incomplete Data" tool.

At a time, we can update order header, generic, variant item data by using Mass change button as below.

Conclusion:

Finally, will be notified about the completion of background jobs that are scheduled for mass update, and you can apply deviation actions accordingly.

To view the details of each scheduled job, use the "Job Overview" button to navigate to the "Monitor Mass Changes - Order Fulfillment" app.

The below monitor app will display the success and failure order updated details with detailed error and success messages by order wise.

After completion of background job, the latest changes will be appeared on the header, variant item and generic, by accessing the sales order display apps.
