The SAP AppHaus in Heidelberg is a great place to get creative. No wonder our project team invited customers from our engagement initiative to this location for the April 24
th Design Thinking workshop.
Recently, customers have been attracted to
2 new SAP EarlyWatch Alert apps, now available in SAP ONE Support Launchpad. These new cloud apps come out-of-the-box with technical data from customers’ on-premise SAP HANA systems to report on stability, performance, and configuration—offering a new personalized digital experience of the SAP EarlyWatch Alert.
Customers want to discover how this personalized digital experience applies to the development of cloud applications and reports on systems’ health. During the Design Thinking workshop, customers got their chance to explain how they currently work with SAP EarlyWatch Alert service results. They shared thoughts on what would make their lives easier. In turn, the project team gained insights into a prospective end user’s workday and created a persona for which the next applications will be developed.
Overall, customers had two workshop missions: To design the perfect dashboard to gain an overview on their individualized system landscapes, and to go wild with imagining SAP EarlyWatch Alerts of the year 2025 (when machines rule)! Customers were delighted to share their experiences and ideas, and the project team was happy to refine its project plans putting the customer in focus.
The next steps in this customer engagement initiative will be feedback sessions on the first pilotversions of the next cloud applications based on SAP EarlyWatch Alert. So that customers see that their ideas come alive.
