One of the interesting things I find working at SAP is that a lot of what we do reolves around innovation and a lot of thought has been put into how we encourage innovation to build unique and superior products.
The key design foundation at SAP is "Design Thinking" and the major offices are or have been refitted to support design thinking work areas and breakout rooms. It was thus quite interesting for me to see its not just SAP that uses Design Thinking but also AirBnB.
