Presented by iCouldBe and SAP Corporate Social Responsibility
The more we study the habits of success, the more we see a direct correlation between creativity and harnessing greatness. A recent
IBM survey of chief executives around the world cited creativity is the most sought-after trait in leaders today.
As children, we are encouraged to explore the world around us. Our days consist of getting messy splashing in mud puddles and exploring the outdoors. Somewhere on the road to adulthood we lose this natural ability to
get messy and create new ideas. As
David Kelley describes, the world divides itself into two categories
creatives and
non-creatives which, in business can limit our ability to collaborate effectively to find inventive solutions.
Inspired by the research methodology
Creative Confidence by David Kelley, the workshop will be co-led by SAP Corporate Social Responsibility and non-profit partner
iCouldBe. Using the Design Thinking approach, we will explore how creativity and technology are coming together to redefine the future world of work.
Harnessing the power of social change through mentorship
Can you recall a time in your life when you benefitted from a powerful mentorship, either as mentor or mentee?
In this interactive 1-hour workshop we will utilize the
Discover, Design, Deliver methodology to exercise the power of empathy to understand real-world challenges facing youth-at-risk today. We’ll hear from students directly and learn more about
the role mentorship can play in achieving success. Additional themes will focus on mentoring in the digital age and the important role technology will have in the progression of the iCouldBe mentoring program. This is your chance to harness your creativity for good and inspire the future!
Make the most of your experience at SAPPHIRE this year and join us on
