Why the idoc is not generated from change pointer ?

Hello,

I have configured a Z message type ZCOND_A by copying COND_A. The relevant configuration has been done. If I run BD21 to generate idoc from change pointer then no master and communication idoc is created. A message is displayed - "Segment is not intended for a receiver".

How can I fix the problem and generate the idoc. Please help.
