Which BAPI is used to update the custom fields in RFQ

Hi,

I have created a custom fields at header(EKKO) and item(EKPO) level in RFQ at ME41,Me42,Me43.

Now I have created a RFQ through Bapi using Function Module - 'BS01_MM_QUOTATION_CREATE',

My requirement is which BAPI is used to update the custom fields which i have created ...?

Please can anyone help me.
