When Good issue using a new statistical WBS, the input value that came from the standard at COPA characteristic derivation is
There is only the SO order number, all other values are blank.
This problem only exists with new WBS, but there is no problem when confirming shipping for the second order with the same WBS.
Due to the above reasons, COPA derivation cannot be performed successfully only in the new WBS.
Do you know the reason of this phenomenon?
How can i resolve the problem?
