let us take an example

say there is an company Xyz have different verticals

like it is in different sector

Ex medical , transport , software

But this all is an 1 company

now to get the identifivcation of diffrent Department

i provided ID to each department

Ex medical have id MD

like than nad this kingd of dat is organizational data

as it is being used in intermal use .

Hi,

Org data actually contains the data related to organization ( for example..designations,)

Org data is mainly used in Workflow activities inorder to intimate the suitable person in the hierarchy of organisation.
