Use of BAPI_BCA_DEH_DOC_CHANGE_STATE1

I am unable to change the state of a PLM doc using this BAPI_BCA_DEH_DOC_CHANGE_STATE1 even after using BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT. Can someone please let me know the correct way of using this BAPI

Can you check this note

It mentions that there is a program error due to which The system does not initialize certain parameters when you call the BAPIs

Try to implement the note and see if it works and if not, your best bet is to debug and see what is the issue
