Uploading documents to SAP

Hi Friends

We have a requirement in which we have to upload documents(.doc,.xls,*.jpg etc) into SAP system and which can be easily accessed by users through a transaction.

Please provide your valuable inputs on this.

I don't know about .doc and .xls but, you can upload .jpg documents using se78 transaction.

ONE way to upload your files from front end to applicaiton server is :

by using the transaction : CG3Z.

This will place any of your files to application server.

then users has to go there to see them.

With SAP DMS - Document Management System YOU can store your required format files . for SAP DMS , you can use <b>CV01N, CV02N,CV03N T-codes.</b> With this DMS you can link the files also. YOU can store word documents, excel files, CAD Drawings and many more ...
