Updating ADR2 table in HR Module

I am looking for a program, or transaction, to add data into table ADR2 i.e. I want to move a telephone number from infotype 0105 to the ADR2 table.

Transactions XD02, etc. is not fit for my purpose as it is for HR module.

All help greatly appreciated.
