Update Last Change Date on table MSTA when updating custom fields on MARC

HI, I have extended custom fields in MARC table, following all the steps from the SAP Note. Everything is working fine, the field is updated succesfully from tcode MM02. But the thing is whenever I am updating values of the custom fields, the last changed data in MSTA is not updating. Is there any way that we can trigger MSTA to update the material last changed date when custom fields are updated ? Or any way that we can capture changes of those newly created custom fields in MARC ?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

So you applied (and checked) 

  • 44410 - Integrating customer-specific fields in the material master
  • 1603835 - Custom fields are not updated in MM17 for table MARC.

And executed every mentioned report?

Can you see the changes in the change documents?
