Dear Friends,
In our system, change log not found for IMG activities. so, i have checked in SCU3. But, it shows error as "Table logging is not currently active in your system. Do you want to analyz the logs anyway? ". Then, i pressed "Yes' button. It is not showning any change log for any table.
How can i activate the change log for standard logged tables ?
This situation is found in development and production server also.
Kindly, suggest me.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Config changes are only recorded if the system parameter rec/client is set. Search for this parameter for more details.

Hello,
How can i activate the change log for standard logged tables ?
Generally for standard tables you have change documents which record any changes to the table data.
You just have to check for the corres. change documents to get the change log.

Thank you Nick,
The "rec/client' parameter does not available. But, i am having 3 profiles. viz, Default profile, Instance profile & Start profile.
in which profile i have to add this parameter ?
I have checked in RZ11 transaction and parameter showing "OFF" status.
And, Is it necessary to restart the service after, i have added the parameter ?

Hi,
The parameter is added to the Instance profile, you will need to assign the client number to be recorded (or ALL), and I believe it requires a restart.
