Table Activation updates change date/time but not user?

Hello,

We are on ECC 5.0 and recently noticed that when a table is re-activated for any reason, without changes, the date and time on the attributes changes but not the user. (Table DD02L, fields:AS4DATE/AS4TIME/AS4USER) Has anyone else noticed this and is this normal? We have had several loads to BW fail due to timestamp differences between source and BW but don't know who might have changed the tables so can't question why the tables were changed.

Thanks for any input,

Diane Merrill

Hai,

Don't use activation dates as Time-stamps.

But better to use Program creation dates.

It May help you,

Reward points if it helps you.
