When using su01 to assign roles to a user account is there a SAP standard way of linking the ABAP and Hana DB roles so that upon allocation of an ABAP role the corresponding Hana DB role(s) are assigned automatically?
Depends on what provisioning tool you are using. e.g. in case of GRC Access Control- you may create Business roles (with combination of APP server layer access (ABAP role)+ HANA DB access (roles)).
