SOST - how to change sender email address

until now I was under the impression tht SOST uses the email to send a PO from the person who generate the Release of the PO (hence the sending of the output message).

but I have a case I do not manage to solve: we have plenty of emails being sent by the email of a user that left the company 6 months ago! where else can I check?

SOST only shows the queue, the mail itself has already been generated and the specific contents are handled by the printing programs for each specific document type. In short: check the code.

I did activate the trace but i could only test in test environment and the result is not the same as in production.

so the result is not helpful.

I also checked table SOOD, but it still does not tell me the origin of the user.

ok, found it: there is a user group table behind it that substitutes the sender name with the Pgr name.
