Smartforms word editor problem in S4 Hana

Hello !!!

in smartforms facing problem during working on text file. In editor option its not showing word editor. Everything is following like using i18n.using latest sap gui version: 800.

Please help to solve the issue.

NB: "page not shown" = "Blank screen", right?

Excerpt from SAP note (copyright SAP). It looks like your situation a lot. Maybe you are "saying" that you don't have access to SAP notes?

Sorry, the screenshot I posted wasn't the same as yours.

There are other SAP notes. Also other questions in the forum are similar to yours, except the last screenshot, I never saw that, probably a consequence of first problem, but SAP support will check that for you.

It is SAP Server issue, Please check your SAP Version.
