Smartform Output - Print Preview -> Email option in toolbar

Dear All

I did lot of search and got some tips and documents but not able to get what I was looking for.  Probably may be a basic question but kindly help me to achieve this.

Requirement:

By ME23N - We have Print Preview of Purchase Order

1. From Toolbar -> we are able to Print it.

But however, User need to have additional option as email --  just below the Print option   --> please refer to the screen shot.

I tried with NACE configuration but not successful.

Kindly, help me to achieve this. 

1. To get Email option below the Print

2. How to trap the user command -  Print / Email when the user selected appropriately

Hi Venkat,

As far as my knowledge the requirement is technically not feasible in the print preview.

Dear Mohammed,

But in VA13 - Inquiry Display it is coming.  That is why, I am confused and trying to get it in all forms.  Probably is there any NACE configuration that drives this?

Hi,

Like Mohammed said, it's technically not possible. If you want to force it, you have to change support message (NAST NACHA). Means, you have to simulate a print but, at the last moment you change it to external send or mail send.
