Sick leave updation

have sick leave configuration where quota deduction is happening properly but the problem is, if some one apply sick leave on Friday and then apply leave on Monday then Saturday and Sunday should be counted as absent. This is applicable even for holiday, if holiday comes in the middle of sick leave.

We have this requirement only for sick leave, whereas for any other leave type this rule is not applicable.

Can some body please help me to understand as how i can make this changes only for one leave type
