Service Layer response more than 100 sec

Hi, we are noticing that service layer might be slow in returnig response. In our application we have internal time out and if we don't get a response for 100 seconds we assume that it times out, however later we see a transaction in SAP. ANy known issues around that?

We are facing same issue, is there anyway round to cancel SAP transaction for reponse doesn't comeback in 100sec.
