SAP Note 2270689 not downloadable

Hello,

we just set up a completely new System with 7.51 as a ATC Remote Server.
The RFC Connections to the desired Development Systems are created and the Test in SM59 is succesfull. As desribed in your Blog we set up in the ATC Administration the Server Groups and Object Providers. When creating the Object Provider Entries we got a warning which said "Connection test for RFC destination Pxxxxxxxx failed (see longtext)"

The Long text then said weh have to use the SAP Notes 2190065, 2270689 and 2196792 additionally. Two of them are integrated but Note 2270689 can't be downloaded via SNOTE. We always got a timeout.

Additionally when we try to Set up the Run series via Schedule Runs in the ATC Application we got again an Error with the Message "Problem in RFC system access to Pxxxxxxx: Name or password is incorrect"

Hello Mario,

Could you please try to download the note again. It says that it has been updated on August 29th, during which period you would not have been able to download it.

In general, I would always recommend to check a note in SAP Support Portal first before downloading it with transaction SNOTE.

just tried it again via SNOTE. After 10 Minute I got a Timeout again. There seems to be an problem with this Note.

did you resolve this problem? I've also got an error during downloading note 2270689 via SNOTE.

I also tried to upload it from the file, but with the same result (timeout).

I would be grateful for any hint.

For me it took about 20 minutes to download (i increased the maximum work process runtime).
