SAP EWM MFS Package interfaces

Dear All,

in a custom development package, I use data element /scwm/de_mfscch. When I check this package, there is an error: the data element is not visible, as its is not included into package interface:

Interestingly enough, package /SCWM/MFS is not exposed at all.

Now the question is, how to reference this data element correctly for my custom development?
