[Nora] Welcome to the developer news. We are here on day 2 of Sapphire. Right on the show floor behind me you see the business AI booth with the Apple Vision Pro. And there are lots of cool AI sessions here. We saw a lot of cool announcements. My personal highlight was Philip Herzig performing with an actual guitar and singing. So that was pretty cool. And yeah, enjoy the news.

[Rekha] Hello everybody. Are you ready for this? SAP has announced the ongoing extensive integration of Joule, the generative AI copilot, throughout the enterprise portfolio, as well as technology platforms. By quickly sorting and contextualizing data from multiple systems onto the surface, giving smart insights, Joule helps people get their work done faster and also drive better business decisions. Joule was announced in September last year with initial integrations with SAP Success Factors and SAP Start. Since then, SAP has integrated Joule into SAP S4 HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP S4 HANA Cloud Private Edition, as well as multiple products like SAP Digital Supply Chain, SAP customer data platform, SAP BTP Cockpit, SAP Build, SAP Build Code, and SAP Integration Suite. In the second half of 2024, Joule is also planned to be available in SAP Ariba and SAP Analytics Cloud. Additionally, Joule will be able to understand and respond to queries in a growing number of languages, including German, Spanish, French, and Portuguese, making it even more useful for global organizations. If you are a business analyst, IT professional, or a process owner, you can rapidly automate business processes at scale using Joule. Joule integration with SAP Build Process Automation allows you to generate automations and workflows using natural language requests in addition to the standard no code visual editor. Customers using SAP Integration Suite can create integration flows and connect to any application using simple natural language with Joule. If you are an SAP BTP compliance professional, you can use regulatory change manager tool on SAP BTP by leveraging Joule to evaluate vast number of regulatory updates. You can also do impact analysis across SAP products solutions, maintaining compliance, and running day-to-day businesses without disruptions. Joule integration for ABAP cloud, both SAP S4HANA public as well as private, will be made available for early adopters and will let developers accelerate ABAP development. This capability is planned to be generally available in the second half of this year. Joule-powered SAP Build code now lets you to be more agile by building Fiori front-ends to the SAP S4 HANA Cloud systems, thus simplifying extensions. We hope this update has delighted you. [Shrini] SAP is bringing new consulting capabilities to Joule; it's generative AI co-pilot aimed at simplifying SAP implementations for partners. The new consulting capability for Joule draws insights from SAP product documentation and the SAP community to provide consultants with vital information through natural language interactions. This capability is especially critical for supporting customers transitioning to SAP S4 on our cloud as part of Rise with SAP program, helping to accelerate implementation projects and save money. Joule's new consulting capabilities have been tested through multiple SAP certification Exams. Pricewater, Coopers, and Deloitte, having evaluated the upgraded features, are set to deploy the capabilities for more efficient execution. This advancement is expected to reduce time and resource use for their clients moving to a rise with SAP solutions, demonstrating the traction and value of tools and handspills. This capability is planned to be available in the second half of this year.

[Sheena] The new certification program for IT professionals responsible for SAP S4 HANA Cloud implementation is now available on SAP Learning Hub. This program certifies that implementation project members possess the core skills required to explain and execute core implementation tasks. This includes deploying, adopting, and extending SAP S4 HANA Cloud Public Edition. SAP certification programs gives employers confidence that they are hiring the best talent for the digital transformation and allows IT professionals to distinguish themselves with a highly recognized accreditation.
