Dear All, While working on my trail account in SAP BPA it is showing very abrupt view after creating the new project in that. Any help how to resolve this or it's a known bug ?

Hi @Dan_Wroblewski , I have seen your one blog for missing access for trail account and assigned the missing roles in my trail account for project creation. While I am trying to create a new project in SAP Business Process, it is showing very abrupt UI. Anything I am missing here or is this any bug ? Please help.

Dear @Dan_Wroblewski , Please forgive me for my typo Trial account.
I am working on SAP Business Process Automation product and created one Business Process in that. After clicking on the newly created process, I am seeing below screen and have highlighted the issue. Please have a look.

Thanks for your response. I am working on my trial account of SBPA. Just to inform that few days back, I was facing the same issue but it got resolved somehow. I am sharing the screenshot for the detail. Request you to check with product team for any resolution, if possible.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue you're experiencing. Could you please share your tenant link? Additionally, does this issue occur after you create a new project? What happens when you open an existing project?

This issue occur for both after creation of new project and opening a existing project. Not sure for reproduce, but i sharing the tenant details for check.

As far as i remember this broken UI coming for me for past 2 months, but few days back it got resolved(only for 2-3 days) somehow and since last week I am seeing this issue again.
I have followed the below steps before the broken UI.

In the meantime, could you please try refreshing your page using Ctrl+Shift+R and let us know if it resolves the issue?

I am trying to create a snow ticket and it is showing me to select the customer name, but here the issue is with trial account.

@Kaoutar00 @Dan_Wroblewski just to update more that I have checked for other tabs also in lobby not only the BPA UI is broken but also the other control tower seems issue here. see the scree shot.
@EvgeniyGorbunov : Please suggest here.
