SAP AS ABAP 7.52 SP04 - Error Unable to generate a new password for database login 'sa'

So I followed the following SAP guide:
"Installing SAP AS ABAP 7.52 SP04 on Oracle Virtual Box [Developer Edition]"

Virtualbox version: 6.1

OpenSuse version 15.1

Host System: Windows 10 Pro

I followed all the steps in the installing guide (except step 4, 5 ,6 7 > Change the Proxy settings, if you are behind a proxy, since I'm not behind a proxy).

During the installation an error occured, which in the sapinst_dev.log file appears to be:

Assetion failed: Unable to generate a nwe password for database login 'sa'.

sapinst.log:

ERROR (root/sapisnt) id=ind-rel.ind-os. ind-db.assertionFailed $
Assertion failed: Unable to gnerate a new password for databse login 'sa'. Refer to $

I search on the forms and tried with another 8 char long password > not working.

Check ASE license > Check the license.rar file, the license in there seems to be expire next year, so that seems ok to me.

Increase RAM to 8GB > not working

Does anyone known why this error occurs?

This answer to the exact same error messages suggests replacing a license file and rerunning the installation. Hope that helps.
