SAP ABAP developer edition - se51 timeout erorr

Hello experts

I installed SAP ABAP 7.52 SP04, developer edition.

I have a problem when I try to use with se51 tcode - painter.

The error I am getting is :

I tried to change the timeout in sm59 tcode as I saw the sap experts suggest to other people here, with the same problem and it didn't help for me.

I Thank a lot to the helpers !!!

204910, it explains to check SAPGui installation, the SM59 EU_SCRP_WIN32 (does it work on Test button ?)
