Roles disappear or are mixed up

Hello

We had a problem arise on Tuesday morning, at approximately 13:00 a majority of our users either had all their roles disappear or their old roles (due to job changes) put back on them.

We were doing some CUA changes on the Thursday prior and also SNC customizing on the Friday.

The users that had their roles disappear are "newish" users to our system and the users that had their roles changed are people that have had other roles in the past.

Has anyone experienced this? its like the table that hold the roles had been restored from a few years ago.

What shows up in change documents? Is it a system user or admin user?

Is the system the cua or child system? If a child system was the cua refreshed and can you see idoc distribution?

The only thing i see in change documents is the SNC changes that were made on Friday: SNC name changed and GUI flag changed.

They are normal users that have had their roles messed with.

The CUA involved is the central system. this is the production system and we have nothing that brings data from other systems beside transports. We checked out the only transport that was around this time and it was something innocent.
