Question on providing F4 help in CDS

Hi Experts,

I want to add a new parameter to the existing custom CDS view and my F4 help should be defaulted to few values like credit, debit , Show all.

Can you please suggest how to proceed as I had checked several posts in scn (like object model.foreign key , search.default search element ) association and not able to find suitable solution to this.

Dear Balakrishna,

  1. F4 help values, Key & Text display in reports require separate annotation enable in the custom CDS views models.
  2. Text annotations should be enabled in the standard CDS views if it is not already so that it can be leveraged in custom ABAP CDS models.
  3. When there is no standard text CDS view then custom text ABAP CDS views are required to develop.
