Problem in Downloading Large Spool Data

Hi All,

One of the SAP users in my project has run a report and wants to download the report from spool.But when i go to SP01

and try giving the spool no only the first 10 pages of some 5k are displayed.When i go to

Goto -> display request -> settings mentioning the number of pages i want to display i get a warning that it could lead to memory problem.

Please provide the right way of displaying as well as downloading the data from spool if spool is so huge.

hi,

For display only you will get that error( memory error). You can download the spool with out any problem.

Thanks Veereshbabu for timely reply.

But the user is not able to see the output only.

I can atleast see the output.But the user is geeting the time out error when he is trying to see the output.

Please advice.

There were multiple problems.The RAM on the machine was less.Also we splitted in 100's to download data.
