We have the portal framework page and have the tiles configured on it for the end user to access using the SSO for the various systems like the S4 Hana, MDG and also Solman etc. The think is when we disable the personalization from the framework page the tiles on the portal framework gets locked and they cannot be moved accidentally in different tabs. But when we navigate into settings the language & regions the language selection box is disabled and we cannot select any other language. We need this features for using the language selection and also want the tiles to get locked and not move. So how can we achieve this.
