PDF Formatting lost in Smartform

I have a smartform with column headings as BOLD.

In the print and print preview, I can see the headings as bold.

While sending it in email as PDF attachment, the columns are not bold.

After email send, if I see in SOST I can see the BOLD column headings.

However the actual email attachment does not have bold columns headings..

Any help as to how should I tackle this?
