Password shows dectivated in child system after changing it through CUA

Hi Team,

In one of my child system(BWD) password shows deactivated when we change it through CUA(ECD), while logging it shows "you have no password, you cant logon using a password".

Note: After detaching from CUA it works fine i.e we can logon.

Maybe the password requirements differ in CUA & target system and the password you provide does not meet requirements in the target system?

Best start by comparing the parameters, a.o.:

login/min_password_diff

login/min_password_digits

login/min_password_letters

login/min_password_lng

login/min_password_lowercase

login/min_password_specials

login/min_password_uppercase

Also you can have a look at the SUM settings concerning initial passwords to make sure you can reset them locally without having to detach the whole system.
