Overlapping Column for Spool ABAP List

Hi,

I have a report with 66 columns display overlap columns if generate background job.

i created a new output device with 1023 columns, but still unresolved.

Please advice.

I don't understand. If the 66 columns expand beyond the 1023rd column, you're simply stuck. Could you clarify the issue, what is your question?

my question is Why column "Cust.AcctGrp Name" and "Rejection Reason" are not the same header line with others, they moved to next line.

Because they go beyond the 1023rd column.

Wasn't it your question: "how to go beyond 1023 columns"?

Answer: it's not possible. All the rest of text goes at a new line.

this report has 64 columns, only these 2 columns moved to new line.

So, your question is answered, those 2 columns go after 1023 columns, so they must print at a new line. Tell your client that it's not possible, it's how SAP works.

Have you tried reducing the width of certain fields in order to reduce the width of the report to less than 1023 (technical limit)?

• e.g. 'Sales Doc. Type' or 'Sales Organization' (which seem to correspond to the codes and not to the descriptive text)
