Order quantity field in the sale tab of a sales order va02 or va03 showing asterisks

1.Showing Stars in order Quantity  & Unit  fields in VA02, i have highlighted issue with red circle

2. after execution of VA02  when i do some action on screen as example like pressing enter then its showing me proper data which i highlighted below screen with red circle.

Experts can any one suggest me how to solve this issue thru ABAP or thru SAP Note or thru Config ? it is a urgent issue.

In VA02, can you debug and see whats the value being populated in RV45A-KWMENG? Please use watchpoints to check when RV45A-KWMENG is populated and with what value.

Its populating 1 and EA in debug but on screen  first time execution it showing stars.

Using VA01 and for all orders it is showing stars for first execution.
