Only one column in F4 help

Hi, in a report I have a field with a number connected to F4 help. But when I press F4, there is only one column - with available numbers, but their explanation column is not there. How do I set F4 help correctly?

This should guide you to implement the optimal solution for your problem. There are many coding options to solve your issue. If you still have issues, please be more specific in what your data type is, whether it is standard or custom, whether you only want specific values instead of all values and where the descriptions for the values should come from. Pretty much you need to be more clear about what you are trying to achieve.

Waht is the field you are using F4.

Are you using any custom F4 help or Standard help associated to that field.
