Naming Convention for Tables, Internal Tables, Domain and Data Elements?

I would like to know if there is naming convention when creating Domain , Data Elements and Tables in SE11.

Normally, when I create program, I use YMSI .... Report. I'd need to make sure that I do not get confused for a program naming convention. I'm new to ABAP and not allowed to use Z, I was encouraged to use Y instead.
