MS Docuement Problem in Smartform

Hi Friends,

when text is opening in smartforms it shows like below.

now i can open task manager and close ms document chain analysis like this

then only document is coming.

so please any suggesions for this

Recommend you to do the following steps:

1) Reach to SE38 and execute the program RSCPSETEDITOR

2) In the next screen, un-check the smartforms check box and activate it as shown below, recommend you to do the same steps again for activating MS Word and check the text element.

This program is used for activating the MS editor for SAP Scripts and Smartforms, you can toggle in between by checking and un-checking the check box.

i have tried this but not working.

i am using s/4 hana.

Execute the steps as given by Mr Satish and then logoff from server. Then again relogin and then check your smartforms.
