We have a user who has an incorrect email address. We modified the email address in SU01 but cannot change the entry in SO36. The user's entry currently has an entry with his begin date as 07/22/2008 08:35:52 and the ending forwarding date as 12/31/9999 24:00:00.
I have tried modifying this entry by changing the end date to today but I get a message stating that the activation time already exists.
Is there any way to modify this email address?

you could try to delete this entry using transaction SO13.
