Hi Experts,

Iam getting this subject error in Production . I have read several forums and understood the reason behind it ( RZ11 parameter rdisp/wpdbug_max_no ).

Now my problem is I cant change this parameter in production. I want to know how to find and clear debugger mode uses available in a system.

Any ideas are welcome.

Regards,

Karthiheyan M

Hi Karthiheyan

Based on what is the value set their you will be able to open debugging sessions. What is current value you have in your system?

You are trying to debug from SM50 right...? Whether you are using new or classical debugger.. If you are using new debugger its requires two sessions and you might have 1 set in the RZ11 profie. Try by setting first the classical debugger.

For more detailed information read note 1341314 - Max. number of debugging mode users reached

I have also tried the classical debugging , but of no use...Ya I tried it in SM50 ..Is there any way to debug active jobs ( I gave a try at capture active jobs and JDBG will not work on active jobs ) ?

Hi Karthikeyan

Please see the following links about the parameter changes ( especially in PROD ) .

Also debugging puts a performance problem hence ideally you should use it in the NON PROD systems .

Please see the following SAP Notes :

726719 - ABAP debugging in production system / DEBUGGING_IMPOSSIBLE

1341314 - Max. number of debugging mode users reached

Hope it helps

Thanks

Hi Karthiheyan,

If you have no authorizations for RZ11, take BASIS help for authorizations or ask you basis support for changing value.

Thanks & regards,
