Hi Dinesh/vamsilakshman,

the mentioned issue was not due to alignment. If you read my words i mentioned that it is long text,so box or template can not solve this problem(box or template use to solve alignment for two seperate words but in this case this complete line is single word).

I got the solution and writing the solution ,so that if anuyone else encounter with the same problem can get help.

This problem can be solved if we use smart style 'SYSTEM' for that perticular window in which we are printing long text.

Thanks,

H Sharma

i have used the following alignment technique for issuing output of text when printed:

Try this experiment:

Type out your text in notepad. Align the text in notepad, as you would like it displayed.

Now select all the text and paste it into your SAP text.

The SAP text will now appear all jumbled again and not aligned.

Save the SAP text.

Print the document - it will now all be aligned. However, it does not remain aligned when viewing within the document in R3.

I think this problem is to do with fonts where each letter is not the same width. Some fonts all letters are fixed length.
